Q. I'm not sure which service I need?
A. If you are not sure which service will be best for your vehicle then please contact us and one of our helpful staff will advise you on which service suits your needs.
Q. Do I need to be present whilst you valet my vehicle?
A. No you do not need to be present whilst we carry out the work on your vehicle. You can pay online before work on the vehicle or welcome to pay by cash or cheque on return of the keys.
Q. My paintwork has lost its shine, can I get it back?
A. Yes, we will use a range of products that restores the paintwork as near to its original colour as possible. In most cases we can achieve the ‘showroom gleam’ however, this depends on how far the fading has developed.
Q. When can you valet my vechicle?
A. 6 days a week, however Thursday, Friday and Saturday can be very busy so please book early!
Q. How can I pay for my valet?
A. Cash, cheque or online with PayPal.
Q. What areas do you cover?
A. We cover all of Woodbridge, Saxmundham, Martlesham, Aldeburgh, Leiston and surrounding villages. Please contact us if you would like us to travel outside of these areas as we may be able to accommodate you.
