If you need to cancel, we require at least 24 hours prior to your confirmed booking or there will be a 10% cancellation fee.
Unfortunately, our work is ‘weather permitting’. We always keep a close eye on the weather. We will contact you a day or two before your booking if the weather is looking bad. If the weather still doesn’t look good we can rearrange another visit for you.

We do have several restrictions for safety and insurance purposes when working on a customers vehicle. We will not valet a vehicle which is parked on the side of a road or if it is on a council-owned car park.
We accept all major credit debit cards, cash and BACS which must be paid before the valeter leaves.
Not at all! Our vans are equipped to carry water and a generator for power.
Generally speaking the main smells we are able to remove are: cigarettes, milk, vomit, dogs, urine, faeces, and ink. All of these smells can be removed adequately, but in some cases you may need a odour treatment to remove the smell fully.

They may be slightly damp, depending on the weather and condition of the seats prior to cleaning; we supply disposable seat covers and floor mats as part of the service, which allows you to use the vehicle if necessary. In good weather, your seats should be completely dry within 2 - 3 hours.
